Biography

The name of Leó's wife was Ilona Révész (died in 1969). The name of his sister, who survived the Holocaust, was Alicia Jotischky. Despite Leó's murder, the Nazi attempt to exterminate his family was fruitless, and he is survived by four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, many of whom still bear his unusual surname.
