Biography

Jaroslav Písko was the uncle I never met, also killed in Mauthausen was my grandfather Jan Písko who was survived by my father Jan Písko. Grandpa was not even entered in a prisoner list. All three were arrested after the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich for possession of a printing press and anti-German distribution.
