Biography

Stefan Czyz was born on 23 May 1920 to father Karol Czyz of Rudy-Rysie/Borzecin Poland and Catharina Markiewicz. He has five other brothers. Joannes was born on 29 July 1908 in Rudy-Rysie. Stanislaus was born on 1 August 1912 and died on 28 February 1990. He was married to Victoria Czaja. Both were buried in Borzecin. Karol was born on 21 November 1913. He was married to Helena Bronicz. They immigrated to USA. Wladyslaw was born on 23 June 1917. Emil was born on 3 March 1922. He married Paulina Michalik. He lived in the DP camp Wildflecken and immigrated to USA in 1949.
