Biography

REPORT FROM THE MOUVEMENT NATIONAL BELGE (HAINAUT):

During the Occupation he developed the MNB (Mouvement National Belge) in the region (of La Louvière) then in the sector then in the zone (of Mons).

With great force he recruited agents from the Gestapo and from the Werbestelle (Compulsory labor service).

Several hundred people's lives were saved by him.

He provided a first-class intelligence service.

He provided plans of all military posts in the zone.

He rescued and sheltered several allied pilots.

He had to his credit a first-rate file about traitors.

Through his agents he sabotaged the anti-aircraft fire on the Allied aviation during their passage over the (Chievres) airfield through the complicity of a German commander corrupted by one of his agents.

His work being immense, it is impossible to recount everything here.
