Biography
Nació el 06/02/1909 en Fernán Núñez (Córdoba, España). Se casó el 30/11/1935 con Juana Garrido Aguilar. Era campesino.
Huyó a Francia, donde en abril de 1940 demanda el derecho de asilo como refugiado en Juzanvugny (Aube). Estuvo asignado a la 63 Compañía de Trabajadores Extranjeros CTE.
Capturado en el Frontstalag 192, de Laón (Aisne), de donde parte al 21/10/1940 hacia el Stalag VI-A, en Hemer. Posteriormente es trasladado al Stalag XII-D, de Tréveris, con número de matrícula 8732.
El convoy con destino al campo de concentración partió el 31/03/1941. En él iban 358 republicanos españoles, de los que 22 eran cordobeses; de ellos murieron 189, entre los que estaban Alfonso y otros 13 paisanos de la provincia.
Llegó a Mauthausen el 03/04/1941, donde se le asignó el número 4163. Fue trasladado a Gusen el 20/10/1941, con matrícula 13794. Allí murió diecinueve días después, el 18/11/1941.
