Nació el 26/09/1908 en Torrecampo (Córdoba, España). Fue jornalero.
Estuvo enrolado en el cuerpo de Carabineros de Infantería y perteneció a las 103 Brigada Mixta como suboficial durante la guerra de España. Cuando Eusebio se incorporó al frente en España ya estaba casado y tenía una hija, María Magdalena.
En 1939 pasó la frontera francesa, camino del exilio, y tras pasar por el campo de internamiento de Saint Cyprien, se alistó en la 34 compañía de trabajadores españoles que servían en el ejército francés para tratar de frenar la invasión alemana. Las tropas de Adolf Hitler le capturaron el 16/06/1940 en Besançon, a 32 km de la frontera con Suiza, y es trasladado al Frontstalag 123 Langres y, posteriormente, al Stalag X-B Sandbostel, donde permaneció hasta el 28/02/1941, cuando es trasladado al campo de concentración nazi de Mauthausen con 254 republicanos, de los cuales morirían 200. El viaje duró 53 horas. Matrícula: 3312. Fue trasladado al subcampo de Gusen el 02/08/1941, matrícula 13376, en el que fue asesinado 6 meses después, el 02/02/1942.

He was enlisted in the Infantry Carabinieri Corps and belonged to the 103rd Mixed Brigade as a non-commissioned officer during the Spanish War. When Eusebio joined the front in Spain, he was already married and had a daughter, Maria Magdalena.
In 1939 he crossed the French border, on his way to exile, and after passing through the internment camp at Saint Cyprien, he enlisted in the 34th company of Spanish workers serving in the French army to try to stop the German invasion. Adolf Hitler's troops captured him on 16/06/1940 in Besançon, 32 km from the Swiss border, and he was transferred to Frontstalag 123 Langres and later to Stalag X-B Sandbostel, where he remained until 28/02/1941, when he was transferred to the Nazi concentration camp of Mauthausen with 254 Republicans, of whom 200 died. The journey lasted 53 hours. Registration number: 3312. It was transferred to the Gusen subcamp on 02/08/1941, registration number 13376, where it was killed 6 months later, on 02/02/1942.
