István Bognárs Bruder war György Bognár, der den Holocaust überlebte, obwohl er ebenfalls in einem KZ inhaftiert war. Das Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust besitzt eine Postkarte, die György 1944 an Istaván schrieb.
